I did the StairMaster for ~15 minutes (Program Three, Intensity1 5 -- I upped it after a couple of minutes) but I was getting really bored of not moving my arms at all, plus my knees were starting to get tired.
I was gonna use the weird elliptical machine, but it wasn't powered on, so I did my usual treadmill for 30 minutes (though I was accidentally on 3.5 incline instead of 4.0 for) a while.

I started on the treadmill at my usual 5.0incline, 5.0mph. Around 1min20sec I upped it to 5.5incline, 5.1mph, because I'd been thinking about doing that for some time. I was really sweaty and my chest was hurting, and around 20min I thought, "I'm not even halfway? I'm gonna have to do all that I've already done and then some?" But based on past experience I suspected I could push through. Around 24:30, my towel fell and I paused the treadmill to retrieve it, and wow I did not want to start running again AT ALL. So I didn't. My chest hurt, and I felt a little dizzy, and so I went and showered and got in to the office ~15min early.

I'd consistently had difficulty with the 3rd set of 12 with a lot of my weights after I'd upped the weight, even though doing 3 sets of 8 reps had been surprisingly easy, so I upped the weights again but did 2 sets of 8 reps. This was actually really challenging.

I started on the treadmill at my usual 5.0incline, 5.0mph. Around 1min20sec I upped it to 5.5incline, 5.1mph, because I'd been thinking about doing that for some time. I was really sweaty and my chest was hurting, and around 20min I thought, "I'm not even halfway? I'm gonna have to do all that I've already done and then some?" But based on past experience I suspected I could push through. Around 24:30, my towel fell and I paused the treadmill to retrieve it, and wow I did not want to start running again AT ALL. So I didn't. My chest hurt, and I felt a little dizzy, and so I went and showered and got in to the office ~15min early.
