How I Met Your Mother 2.19 "Bachelor Party" [2007-04-09]
(When I first heard this was gonna be Marshall's bachelor party episode I thought, "Didn't they do that already?" and then I realized I was thinking of a Yuletide story I'd read.)
Okay, the gift thing wasn't as painful as I had feared.
I dislike Barney's refusal to abide by his friends' "no strippers" wishes.
Barney asking Marshall if he and Lily had made rules about how much he could touch the strippers, his excited "demonstrate on Ted"... wow, so gay, Barney.
Barney: "She was a 15."
Ted: "As in, not sure you wanna hit it?"
Ted: naked girls > democracy > that scene in Every Which Way But Loose where the monkey gives the guy the finger
I can't remember early S2 well enough to decide whether Lily's return fits with this new information.

The show is usually above such cheesy sitcom conventions, I was kind of disappointed to see them fall into the trap. The only good line was the "15." But then again, I couldn't deal with the Bridal Shower. Shouldn't Lily be having a Bachelorette of her own, or was San Francisco her bachelorette?
