"Introducing for the first time..."

One would think it would have sunk in by now that if I sleep in like whoa I won't be able to fall asleep that night until forever.  But no, I'm a very slow learner sometimes.  I have finished my week's Ulysses reading, though.  [And actually I think I only slept for 9 or 10 hours last night.  Sigh.  Edit: Oh, and laying off the sugar after a certain hour would be a good thing to remember as well.]

Someone at work (Katie?) was telling me recently that she thought I was an early-riser person.  It would definitely make sense but no, I am so lazy and can sleep all day no problem [well, no problem until that night, anyway].

Yeah, I slept in until 12:30 today, and now here it is 4:00am and I'm awake (my body's definitely aching and feeling sleep-deprived already, but my mind is way too awake, plus anticipating having to be up in a couple of hours anyway for the flight back). At least I can sleep when I get back to Yale, though it kind of sucks because I'd hoped to get some studying done and feel really ready to jump back into classes, etc. Oh well.
