I like that Danny is a Mets fan. ('Cause as a Bostonian, I am required to believe that the Yankees are the Evil Empire.)
Vivian: Smart kid.
Danny: Smart enough to blow off the Yankees.
Jack: And his father.
Interesting that Martin and Danny have this antagonistic relationship given that I know how fandom goes as the show progresses. Nice of Martin to subtly make peace with his "Like Danny was saying...." when he gave his theory. And Sam smiled when Martin got to go out into the fied, which of course I picked up on knowing what happens with them later in the series.
