Had a reasonably productive day, at least in regards to what I'm actually getting paid to do. Accomplished some of my own stuff -- including finally e-mailing Skarda. God love that woman.

Yes, moving will be a royal pain, but maybe God is spoiling me and I'm
resisting. I'm hopeful.

Life here goes on in its chilly pace, but I'm happy, healthy, and
interested in what I do for a living and for love.

Smith is kicking her out. It's a long, complicated, and painful story involving liquidation of the West Street properties to make room for some other housing for...grad students? I can't remember.

EDIT: And I? Can't spell or be grammatically correct today.

Wow, that's lame. No more end of class Christmas parties getting drunk on her famous brandy balls... *sniffle*

(And I was telling happymartian, and she said Skulsky lives in that area, too, and boggled at the idea that Smith might be forcing them both out.)

Hahah those brandy balls are infamous!

And law school was at least in the planning horizon during my second year - it was mentioned by one of my philosophy professors. But they were thinking of at least 20 years in the future, so I was somewhat jesting. :)
