My day improved.

hermionesviolinOkay, so i felt lethargic and nonsocial and bored for much of the day today. And this girl on my floor whose name i don’t know but who reminds me of someone i can’t quite think of and bothers me for some reason walked by and told me that i should get out more because every time she walks by i’m in my room at my PC and i really should just get out. That pissed me off. I mean, i understand, but just something about her or the way she said it or something really bothered me.
Anyway, Amanda came over and played pool for about an hour before dinner and that muchly improved my day. And dinner was nice. And Renee and Lizzie may be getting my rug. Renee seems really nice (i already knew Lizzie is) and offered to let me use her bike when she’s not using it. Then later i was in my room listening to Antigone Rising out my window because it really was that loud, and Xiamara, a first-year in 201, saw my Buffy poster and asked when new episodes started, and i told her. Yay for Buffy-loving first-years. And she said that Elizabeth down the hall, also a first year, whom i guess i haven’t met yet, also likes Buffy. I’ll have to go introduce myself to her sometime.
[edited to add -- don't know how i forgot it -- that Renee also plays pool and says she'd always be up for a study break round. wahoo! :)]
