The problem with delegating is that "If you want something done (right/now) do it yourself." is true. We're ordering 50 deparment t-shirts. Am debating the size spread. 10 of each from S-XL?

of course, that doesn't always stop them from trying to fit into the daintier sizes...so it probably doesn't matter.
and because you're doing everything and they're contributing nothing to the enterprise, it's almost guaranteed that they'll be bitching and moaning no matter what you do. so i wouldn't stress about it too much.

Duuuude. That rocks SO hardcore!!! And in response to the question, I think it's so hard to judge these things...but at least you're ordering XL, unlike most orgs, who stop at large and expect everyone to be able to fit into them...
Frankly, I agree with the last commenter. There is ALWAYS someone who'll have a problem with it, so go with your gut. And on that note--T-SHIRTS! YAY!!! :)

Seniors get priority in purchasing when they come in, but once the screens are done it'll be easy for them to just order more in the fall.
