Forecasts were predicting an ~inch of snow last night, but that didn't happen. I'm told there were flurries of snow this morning, but I didn't actually witness any.
Clocks spring AHEAD tonight :(
15 years ago today, Buffy the Vampire Slayer debuted. I didn't encounter anything like fandom until the summer after "Restless" aired, but BtVS was the first show I really intentionally watched. It had not occurred me that 15 years was the age Buffy was when she was Chosen. Which then makes me think of the fact that I was younger than 15 when I started watching the show, so I've lived with it as part of me longer than I haven't.

Good things about today:
["anything that you're looking forward to, that means you're facing tomorrow with joy, not trepidation," as Ari says]

Good things about today:
- I started getting tired around 9-ish last night and went to bed by 10. I woke up around 5 this morning -- haha -- and went back to sleep and woke up around 7 and got up around 8. Especially having been so underslept last week, it was really nice to feel well-rested and also have so much of the day ahead of me.
- My health care plan offers a rebate for gym memberships, but the paperwork for that comes out in March and gym membership renewal happens in August/September, so by the time we get to March I can never find my receipt for my gym membership that year; but this morning I realized that this year I really did manage to place -- and keep -- my receipt in an obvious place.
- haircut
- (<8hr) bff phonecall
- found my gym membership receipt
- did laundry
- tithed my bonus to Kiva
- got my hair cut
- bought milk
- messaged back okc guy
- emptied our ~full recycling bin into the outdoor recycling barrel
- did dishes
