Woot, I slept from like 10:30pm-8:00am!

I bought myself a suitcase at TJMaxx 'cause it feels kind of ridiculous to keep shuttling back and forth between my parents'.  (Cailiin moves every year but has lots of her stuff still stored at her parents'.  Whereas I felt like once I moved out on my own, most all my worldly possessions should come with me; I think I left two boxes of sentimental stuff at my parents' house.)  My mom had suggested I pick a color other than black (so it's easier to spot on airport carousels).  With that in mind, I got something from the Broadway E-2200 series in "Scaret (sic) Red."

This shopping trip somehow made my living here feel more real -- even though at the same time, I've been doing stuff downtown since well before I moved out of my parents' house, and it takes me almost as long to get there as it did from Norwood (though the subway runs far more frequently than the commuter rail).  *shrugs*

I also picked up airplane reading at B&N and restocked my travel-size toiletries at CVS -- though I completely forgot to look for a travel alarm clock (I recall having trouble with the one I had last time).  And saw 3 films at the MFA, which I am not up for writing up at the moment.

My flight leaves late enough on Monday that I could actually go to the gym per usual, come home, and then leave for the airport.  But I am not actually that crazy.  Probably.

You can probably use your cell phone as an alarm. I finally figured that out a couple months ago.

I've been doing that since I moved into my new house, actually, 'cause the outlets aren't convenient to having my clock radio near my bed (and I've done it when traveling domestically). But I think I would have to purchase an adapter to get my charger to work in European outlets, plus I don't know if my phone would even function overseas (and if it did, if I would get slammed with roaming charges).
