Okay, THAT's my show.
The continuity feels a little weird 'cause the movie-that-was-not-a-date was "The Platinum Rule," but okay, 10 weeks, and with the strike we actually only had one ep in between these (the St. Paddy's Day one -- and yes, the bit about her having left a St. Paddy's Day party early sets her up as in the running for Your Mom, but I don't think they'll have her be Your Mom and at the moment I actually wouldn't mind her being Your Mom).

Date: 2008-03-25 01:07 am (UTC)The two-minute date, on the other hand? FABULOUS.
Also: BARNEY/ROBIN WHAT UP.
*retains the important parts*

Date: 2008-03-25 01:27 am (UTC)I totally thought of you at the "I said 'yes' eventually" conversation. And dude, Barney was sitting next to Robin like every scene in the bar, and leaning in to her face all the time. And Robin totally backed him up with his folliculophilia tricking of Ted. Oh, and, "I hate to say it, but it's nail the receptionist time." (I am now imagining Barney coming home and complaining to Robin about how Abby wouldn't shut up during sex and how lame she is and how she totally doesn't know where to shop -- 'cause Barney is the het-est metrosexual ever.)
