non-gelatin cow

I can't help you with dairy-free products (I'm bad news on that front), but I don't eat gelatin if I can help it (I think agar agar put us past using that stuff). So, most organic yogurts are gelatin free even in the non-fat variety. I'm a big fan of Brown Cow, just as an example, because it's also far lower on sugar than Stonyfield (which has gelatin in some versions anyway, at least the last time I checked). It might be worth doing some comparison shopping for yoghurt from smaller dairy farms, the prices can vary a lot from store to store. Anyway... point being, small dairy farms= less junk in yoghurt. Also, on the note of milk and flavors... kefir is also worth a shot.
