one of the fascinating things about Kitty--which he's been exploiting in his comics--is that while she definitely kicks ass, it's not her first, natural impulse. She's a nerdy little genius, and she's going to grow up to be a politician with all kinds of peacemaker leanings.
Oh that does sound really intriguing. (Has the potential to be written v. poorly, but then doesn't everything?)
