Thank you. My mom refuses to get excited until I'm actually moved in (or maybe once I've actually signed a lease agreement) -- "If you want to make God laugh, tell God your plans," all that. I'm making some effort not to get excited/hopeful/expectant/whatever until the paperwork actually clears, but I've been planning my apartment for months, so if nothing else this gives me more concreteness for my mythical plans (which is good).
