My mom was getting out the ham to cook for Easter dinner (2pm) and I recalled how lamb is the traditional Easter dinner meat and was struck by how strange it was to eat lamb on the day that Christ (the Lamb) triumphed over death. I was pondering this earlier. Lamb=eating jesus? Ham=Hey, look, we're not Jews? (ref ye aulde anti-semitism Jews killed Jesus, et al).
