which was basically, paste the links into a word doc, write the blurbs, and hope I didn't leave anything out, as I would end up with multiple versions of the list - home, work, parents' PC etc.
I do basically the same thing, only my master document is on my personal home PC, so the only transferring is when I do stuff from work, which gets put into a draft e-mail or private LJ entry. I don't so much have stuff fall through the cracks as suck at actually comng up with blurbs and feedbacking.
