Can you actually smother a baby like that? I mean, is it actually possible?
“What have you been doing this whole time? Assuming it was me?”
“That's because you ran. If you had stayed, you'd have been given a fair shake.”
There’s a tone in Viv’s voice, though, that seems to admit that yeah, they probably would have suspected her heavily anyway -- though hey, Jack was all over it being Terri, and they are really good about being open to the possibility that it’s anybody.
(We never did get an explanation for why Terri cosigned these credit cards for June. I guess it’s just implicit in the whole “You remind me of my younger self” scene.)
Oh, Jack. You could move to Chicago. But you won’t. [I know because I’ve seen assorted episodes in this arc.] You suck at relationships. I mean, who replies to “I love you” with “Yeah. Yeah, I love you, too”?
