Ask me for "top five" lists of pretty much anything, and I will list you my top five of that thing or things.

As if i'll really be able to narrow anything down to 5 and not qualify incessantly :)

Err! Spike/Buffy moments.

[identity profile] hermionesviolin.livejournal.com 2005-07-15 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
Ooh, that's hard.

1. Spike holding Buffy's wounded hands in "Bargaining."
2. Buffy telling Spike the truth about what happened to her at the end of "Afterlife."
3. Buffy-as-Bot kissing Spike at the end of "Intervention."
4. That actual conversation that Spike and Buffy have at the beginning of "Dead Things."
5. Buffy rescuing Spike in the cave in "Showtime."

Well, I'll go with the "top 5 college classes taken" with you as well.

LOVE YOU.

1. In the hallway Winter Weekend night for hours and hours with you getting each others' hair so greasy.
2. Getting a hickey from Ruhi.
3. Having a lengthy post-lunch discussion with Meg in the living room. [Meg's not a Lamonster, but it was in Lamont living room, so i'm counting it.]
4. You and Emma wrapping Fefe in duct tape.
5. That night that Fefe and Kate were an "item" and Kate made salt and pepper children.

1. Intro Bible 1 with Joel Kaminsky, hands down
2. Intro Soc with Kim Lyons - vies with Intro Bible for "most formative class"
3. my Lorca seminar, because it challenged me so much and made me feel like a real literature major for the first time in a while
4. Fairy Tales and Gender (Betsey Harries). i broke my post-IntroWomenStudies self-imposed rule of no classes with "gender" in the title for this course, and it was worth it. i learned so much and did some really great thinking, and it made me finally finish my Cinderella rewrite, and this course made me realize that i could do an academic future in what i love.
5. Telling and Retelling (Pat Skarda). a lot of great lit, and so much fun, and i contributed lots of intelligence and also snarked, and dude it was Skarda.

We had been loosely planning something...just wanted to let you know that I'm not working Sunday if you wanted to get together then.

And since these are meme posts...um...Your 5 Favorite Buffy quotes.

Dude, Jonah reminded me of Spike putting his arm around Buffy at the end of "Fool for Love." That's totally one of my favorites, and it's hard to believe i forgot it. I'm gonna call it #4, pushing the "Showtime" moment off the list.
