HAHAHAH! WEll, I don;t think of Windsor Locks as the inner-city, but I guess people do, so yes, it would make sense. That kind of makes it sound like we live in the "ghetto" (god, I hate that term), though, and that is by NO MEANS the case. Windsor Locks is not a rich town, but it isn't super poor, either.
