I don't think all ResLife is bad, i've actually had some decent ones, but our current HR is just almost never here, and hi, that's not cool. At dinner some time ago one of my housemates (for whom this one is her third HR) told her that she was the best HR she'd had, and i thought "What, 'cause she's never here so you don't get busted?" I'm not saying anything about the woman as a person, she just shouldn't be getting paid for this job.
