There's also the issues of relating the T to the LGB (it's rarley done in the UK). Also, Ts are protected under sex discrimination law, whilst current civil rights law in the UK offers no protection for LGBs, and only protection in the workplace starting 2 December.
DePauw's new policy has both gender idendity and gender expression. I think one was added, although the only text of an old statement was from before I got here, where it still said "sexual prefrence", and had nothing about gender idendity/expression. But that sill meant a lot to me back then.
