The same people who put up "trans-friendly environment" signs on the bathroom doors refer to it as "Big Sibling/Little Sibling."
The same people who freak about men in their bathrooms and/or think trans-inclusive bathrooms a silly issue to be worrying about refer to it as "Big Sister/Little Sister."

(In the past we have just called it Big Sister/Little Sister, but this year 2 of the 3 HONS as well as the HCA are really conscious of trans issues, hence the emphasis this year.)
