Gives new meaning to the phrase "gated community."  Glad I left myself plenty of wander time.  And I even asked someone where the building I was seeking was.  (Go team me.)  It was gatelocked, though, and it's not like I had a phone number to call.  (They had a call box like Smith.  Also a cardswipe, but I don't imagine my card would have worked.)  So I called it quits and went home.  I did get to help a nice family in South Station, though.
