We've reached that point in the season when people say, "It's so cold out" (in a negative tone) and I say, "I think it's beautiful out."

I sympathize with the feeling but not the experience. Around mid-summer in NYC I start remarking on how lovely it is and everyone looks at me like I am nuts. I wear four layers in the mid-30s weather and I am still cold.
