I agree on that last statement--the issue is more that to live into said vision in America today and to provide and create access for all, any mental picture I find in my head requires a good deal of not only financial resources and personhours, but also emotional and psychological resources to provide for such a diverse community in so many ways without being excessively general.
And I think that you'll also run into trouble finding a balance between liturgy and open-minded practice, but you probably knew that already. Not to be a buzzkill. There may be a way to do it simply. But I can't think of one at 1 AM.
