Some things I can confirm as having been from an interview I read with him reprinted in the local paper:
1. His first job as a teen was at Baskin Robbins. No mention of his feelings about ice cream now.
2. The music on his iPod list looks about right.
3. His specialty is chili.
4. He does keep the hand/egg carving on his desk.
I also happen to know that his favorite baseball team is the Chicago White Sox. *grin* Well, he IS from the south side of Chicago, after all.
