Gelatin-free yogurt :) I may actually make a new sub-tag for it rather than just using the "food: veg" tag.

I just checked the Cascade Fresh ingredients list and it says, "Contains: Grade A Pasteurized Nonfat Milk, Fruit Juice Concentrate, Marionberries, Tapioca, Pectin, Elderberry Juice Concentrate for Color, Natural Flavor, Active Cultures." And, um, I'm not sure why I felt the need to capitalize Germanically, but the point is that it's fat-free yogurt which doesn't appear to have any fake sugar.
