Wow, not a whole lot of filing for having been gone a week. I hear a lot of staff vacationed last week as well, though, so that's probably part of it.
Got an A- on my econ exam. Woot.
Also, i'm very glad i wasn't an English major back in the day (though i really should procure 200/201 syllabi to fill in the gaps in my reading).

And the English list is amazing -- heavy on the Brits, tho.
I wonder if there's an equivalent list that is more contemporary, less Brit-heavy, but doesn't play the PC garbage (i.e. putting in a lesbian/Cuban/author cuz she adds diversity even if her writing is only okay), but quality stuff that people will still be reading in 100 years.
Back to work with me :)
